EDUCATIONAL AWARDS:

Florida State Teacher of Year Award Winner---2002!!!!

Kathleen Colussy was the 2002 Graphic Arts & Teacher of the Year for the State of Florida!

In 2002 the EMC/Aii educational community also acknowledged Kathleen as a leader in her field. Kathleen was listed as one of the system wide mentors and was interviewed for use the EMC management programs---piloted at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale.

During her tenure as a fulltime faculty Kathleen was nominated 3 times for the Who's Who in Education. As well as being recognized numerous times throughout her tenure as the Honored Faculty of Quarter.

In addition the Art Institutes International as one of the systems wide Faculty Success Stories acknowledged in 2002 Kathleen for her work as a fulltime faculty and author. (See booklet images)
